Phillies 2018 Draft Rounds 16-20

Pick information will updated as information becomes available.

16th Round – Tyler McKay, RHP, Howard College (TX)

A big (6’6″) righty out of junior college, McKay is up to 94 with a slider and looks like a reliever all the way.

17th Round – Keylan Killgore, LHP, Wichita State

A college teammate of Alec Bohm, Killgore is a reliever all of the way. This year he struck out 40 in 39 innings. He has solid size at 6’3″ 175lbs.

18th Round – Matt Kroon, 3B, Oklahoma State

Kroon is actually a redraft by the Phillies who took him in the 30th round last year out of a junior college. Kroon hit .303/.424/.550 for Oklahoma State with 11 home runs and 18 stolen bases. He has a good bit of swing and miss.

19th Round – Mark Potter, RHP, Central Florida

Another JuCo pick, Potter somewhat fits the order of the day as he is 6’6″, however there is no projection left as Potter is listed at 284lbs. He looks like a reliever and can reportedly get into the mid 90s.

20th Round – Connor Litton, 3B, East Carolina University

Litton hit .286/.385/.461 this year as a JuCo transfer to ECU.
