The Phillies take another left handed pitcher going to the college ranks with Tyler Gilbert out of the University of Southern California. Gilbert transferred after spending time in Junior College and worked out of the rotation and bullpen this year. Gilbert is 6’3″ 195 lbs. Will add more as I get it.
