With the draft over, teams have moved on to augmenting their picks from the undrafted market. The Phillies have long been active in this space, and have had some success in recent seasons. I will be grabbing what information I can and adding it here.
Matt Alifano, 3B, Adelphi University
Alifano is a 21 year old junior and I guess this technically counts as their obligatory Long Island signing of the year. Alifano hit .401/.516/.686 this year and has had more walks than strikeouts at each level he has played at.
Mason Ronan, LHP, College of Central Florida
A teammate Bortka and Harper on the Stat College Spikes, Ronan is pitching for the first time since Tommy John surgery. He looks like a lot of Phillies reliever picks as a big bodied guy with good spin rates, good whiff rates, and current poor control.
Ty Penner, IF, University of British Columbia
Penner has played both third and first base, but looks like that has been migrating more towards first base. He has a big time power breakout for UBC, getting full playing time and hitting 11 home runs along with a .340/.449/.619 batting line.
Dakota Kotowski, OF, Missouri State
Kotowski is a big (6’5″) right handed slugger who seems to be all or nothing with power. He hit 24 home runs as a senior, but only 5 other extra base hits and a mammoth 95 strikeouts (36.1%) strikeout rate.
Otto Kemp, 3B, Point Loma Nazarene University
Kemp has put up big numbers in all 4 years at PLNU, but his 2022 season saw him get playing time too. He walked almost as much as he struck out (41 BB 49 K), but also had a crazy 21 HBPs in 61 games (which is somehow more rational that 13 HBP in 32 games in 2021). He primarily played third this season after, second base last season, and overall put up a .364/.492/.645 batting line.
Eric Garcia, RHP, Eastern Florida State College
Garcia is a big RHP who moved to pitching full time in 2021. He struck out 28 in 20.2 innings this season with 6 walks.
Cole Moore, 1B, Dallas Baptist University
Moore is reportedly a very good first base defender. He put up good stats in his two years at DBU (.342/.450/.606 in 121 combined games), greatly increasing his walks in 2022.
Danny Wilkinson, LHP, Villanova
A move to the rotation for Wilkinson did not work out this year as his control went backwards. He has been dominant on the Cape, throwing 6.1 innings, no hits, no runs, and 1 walk to 15 strikeouts.
Ryan Leitch, C, Marshall
Leitch fits the Phillies drafting so far. He put up a big age 20 season (he is young for a 3rd year player), hitting .307/.368/.563. He does have concerning walk and strikeout numbers, and really struggled in 8 games on the Cape this year.
Jack Dallas, RHP, Lamar
Dallas is a 5 year player at Lamar who owns their career save record. He is on the short side (5’11”) but has made strong control gains the last two seasons with solid strikeout numbers.
Ezra Farmer, OF , Tahquitz HS (CA)
Left handed hitting high school outfielder.
Andrew Walling, LHP, Mississippi State
Walling did not pitch much at Mississippi State, but has showed potential in the Draft League for Williamsport. Walling has been 94-96 with a high spin slider. Prototype reliever type.

Braeden Fausnaught, LHP, West Chester University
Fausnaught was a starting pitcher at West Chester and has started some for Trenton in the draft league. Looks like he has reached at least 94 in the past.
