There isn’t a whole lot of surprises here, though I disagree with some of the assessments (if we all agreed this would be very boring), more than anything once you get past #3 in the system the next 20 or so guys really don’t have huge differences.
I really think Grullon will be the next big jump in the organization, possibly second to JPC. Could be similar to how the Ranger’s Jorge Alfaro jumped right thru their system two years ago.
And the other one who will climb into the top seven, I believe will be Rhys Hoskins. His bat is extremely explosive and strong, 60 power tool, he will be talked about as the phuture Phillies first baseman.
Victor Arano and Jesmuel Valentin all ready on the top 15 list by this assessment. Only recently acquired in the Roberto Hernandez trade from LAD, a pitcher roundly panned on the internet as of little value. It just goes to show there’s always room at the top. On the Phillies minor league prospects lists , anyway.
