I am also of the opinion that Roman Quinn is gonna bust out and have a hello of year being a year back from injury and not having to worry about learning shortstop. Quinn belts HR in the small park in AA and steals 50 and is then put back into top 100

Cozens, Valentin, Z. Green and E. Garcia are all a little lower then what I had expected.
I can see all four of them having better seasons then last year and moving up the list.
Cozens had a good experience in Aussie land this winter, Green is healthy, Valentin is now acclimated to the Phillies and pares with JPC as DP combo, and Garcia is stronger.
    Hope I am correct.
