Baseball America Ranks the Phillies System #21

Baseball America put out their annual farm system rankings and the Phillies come in at a disappoint 21st overall.  As I have said many times this offseason, I do think the industry underrates the Phillies system and Phillies prospects in general so I do think this is a bit low.  The ranking has them between the Chicago White Sox at #20 and the Cleveland Indians at #22 and behind such maligned systems as the Brewers.

BA also listed their 2015 High-end sleeper:

RHP Edubray Ramos signed as a 19-year-old and still hasn’t reached full-season ball, but he has a mid-90s fastball and hard, sharp curveball that give him a chance to get high-leverage outs as a reliever.
